Just as the water reflects the stars and the moon, the body reflects the mind and soul - Rumi

Have you ever felt your system settle into a sense of ease—where you feel at home in yourself, grounded, and quietly alive? What would it be like to move through life responding with presence, rather than reacting from tension or survival?

There is a natural rhythm in all of us—a current of ease, vitality, and inner harmony. Yet when life brings overwhelming stress, loss, or early trauma, our nervous system can shift out of balance. The body then carries patterns of tension, vigilance, or shutdown, quietly shaping how you feel, think, and relate.

Art of Flow is a gentle, body-centered approach to healing and self-discovery.

In a world that moves fast, inner slowness is medicine. This work invites you to pause and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your system—an intelligence that knows how to restore balance and wholeness.

In Art of Flow, we create a safe and compassionate space to listen deeply within. Through mindfulness, gentle touch, and embodied awareness, protective patterns can be met at their own pace—softening, reorganizing, and releasing. Healing here is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering what has always been whole.

As your system finds regulation and energy begins to flow more freely, life can be experienced with greater clarity, openness, and trust. The body becomes an ally and guide, showing the way toward a more authentic connection with yourself and others.

Come home to yourself. Reclaim your aliveness. Welcome to the flow.

ABOUT ERE

Ere is a holistic practitioner, artist, and educator with over two decades of experience blending Eastern and Western healing traditions in support of mind-body integration and nervous system restoration.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Ere moved to the United States at the age of 15. She began her professional life as a fashion designer, working across the U.S. and Europe in the creative industry. While her early career was rooted in design and aesthetics, a profound personal awakening eventually guided her toward a deeper calling — devoting her life to somatic healing, embodiment, and the restoration of the nervous system.

Her work is deeply shaped by Zen and Daoist philosophy. Early immersion in meditation and Japanese healing traditions cultivated a foundation of presence, subtle listening, and non-doing. Later, her exploration of Daoist wisdom and embodied flow expanded her approach into a more fluid, organic, and life-affirming expression. Today, she weaves Zen-like stillness with Dao-like movement, creating spaces where the nervous system can soften, settle, and return to its natural rhythm of aliveness.

Grounded in lived experience and extensive professional training, Ere offers a practice that is gentle, relational, and deeply respectful of the body’s innate intelligence. Through Art of Flow, she provides intuitive, trauma-informed sessions both in person and online. Drawing from Craniosacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Five Element Theory, Primal Therapy, and Systemic Family Constellation work, she honors the body as a living field shaped by personal and intergenerational experience. With gentle hands-on support and verbally guided somatic awareness, clients are invited to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their inner world, and return to a natural state of ease, resilience, and flow.

Those who flow as life flows know they need no other force - Lao Tzu

Each session is a co-creative journey—a space to slow down, listen deeply, and follow the wisdom of your body, unfolding at a pace that feels safe and supported. Some sessions are deeply restorative, while others open gentle space for long-held emotions or stories to surface and shift. As tension and old patterns unwind, we meet them with compassion and curiosity, allowing your system to reorganize and return to its natural balance.

Whether in-person or online session, the healing process unfolds gently, step by step, creating space for your body and mind to be heard, to release what has been carried, and to welcome new possibilities of ease and connection. While each session is unique, the process often follows a natural rhythm:ften follows a natural rhythm:

  1. Establishing Safety – we begin by creating a grounded, supportive space where your system can settle, feel held, and move at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

  2. Inner Exploration – gently slowing down to reconnect with supportive, resourceful sensations in your body, noticing your direct experience and how your body carries traces of lived experience.

  3. Self-Awareness – noticing unconscious beliefs, protective patterns, and unmet needs as they surface, with compassion and care, allowing new possibilities for safety, acceptance, and nurturing to emerge.

  4. Body–Mind Integration – supporting your system in stabilizing shifts, so new sensations of ease, coherence, and resilience can become part of your everyday embodied life.

  • "I’ve been dealing with migraines since 2001, trying various medications and holistic methods, but nothing has worked as effectively as my craniosacral therapy sessions with Meera. I’m so grateful for her patience and thoroughness in explaining the process before I even scheduled a session. She’s always open to answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. Thanks to Meera, the frequency and intensity of my migraines have significantly decreased, and I truly feel like she has brought my life back. I highly recommend her services! "

  • "I've been suffering from the effects of a concussion. Based on a recommendation, I tried Crainiosacral therapy for the first time last week. The place is very clean. Ere is absolutely caring. She interviewed me first to understand my problems. The therapy itself is very subtle, but really effective. Ere knew exactly what areas to work. The tensions in my neck and head subsided afterwards. I'm a fan of Crainiosacral therapy now and will certainly return!"

  • "Art of flow and Ere Meera professionalism got me beyond my expectations.I had an holistic therapy with her two weeks ago and I still feel the benefits as in the moment I was just done with the section. I’m amazed how her skilled are strong and how much strength is hidden behind her sweet and kind attitude.I’m feeling my monkey mind calmer and I’ve been able to change my usual depressive pattern controlling my thoughts in few occasions and this is a great success and beginning for me.To recognize when the mind is lying it’s my target and for mastering this skill the path is long and crocked, but the feelings I had in the last weeks give me a lot of hope. I highly recommended."
