Appointments: Please contact by phone, email, or contact form on this site to make any appointments. We ask for a 50% downpayment of the cost of your session in advance of 24 hours before your appointment time (can be paid by Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or CC). The balance can be paid after the session.

Location: There are 2 locations in Brooklyn : Carroll Garden (one block from F train station) and Red Hook (2 blocks from the city ferry). Manhattan locations on West 57th St is also available upon request.
Late Arrival: If you are late, we can offer you the time reminding for your appointment or whatever extra time the therapist can offer depending on her/his availability.
Cancellation Policy: While we understand that life can be complicated, AOF maintains a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy in order to ensure the highest quality of service by allowing for ample time and proper preparation for our work together. Any rescheduling or cancellation to an appointment must be made in advance of 24 hours before your appointment time, after which the deposit of the 50% of the cost of your session will not be refunded.Thank you for your consideration.
