Ere Meera Sakamoto, LMT, CST

Ere is a holistic & therapeutic facilitator with New York State massage therapy license since 2007. The heart of her work is to integrate the meditational and eastern traditional approaches from her upbringing in Japan and the many years of studies, knowledges, and hands-on myofascial practices in the West. Her role is to blend with that internal wisdom and facilitate its recommended process.

Ere is certified in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release by the Upledger Institute, and also certified by the National Guild of Hypnotherapy. Her expertise in bodywork includes Connective Tissue Manipulation, Trigger Point Therapy, Five Elements Shiatsu, Thai Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Massage, and Cupping. Additionally, she is a registered yoga teacher in the Ashtanga tradition.

In addition to her present and skillful touch, many years of her experiences in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Active Meditation Techniques, Inner Child Healing, and Systemic Family Constellations deepen her work to facilitates her client into a space of body-mind awareness, where the body can access its innate self-healing ability for both physical and emotional aspects. She seeks to provide people with the essential tools they need to nourish and heal themselves, thus allowing them to take full responsibility for their own health and happiness.
